Which data

• An email subscription stores your address, the filter, a confirmation token and an unsubscribe token. Nothing is sent until you confirm.
• Saved events, filters, your cookie choice, your calendar preference and the email address of your last subscription (so you don't have to type it again) stay in localStorage in your browser. They do not go to our server until you ask for email or a calendar feed.
• Google Analytics 4 loads only after you turn Statistics on. Until then Consent Mode stays denied. Google Signals and ad personalisation stay off. Analytics does not store full IP addresses.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Web Analytics loads only when it is configured, and only after statistics consent.
• The database is Supabase in the EU. Email goes through Resend.

Why

Email and its tokens are used on the basis of consent. Running the site (security, answering a request) is a legitimate interest. Statistics run only with consent. We do not sell data, we do not build profiles, and we are not-for-profit.

Retention

• A subscription that is not confirmed within 7 days is deleted.
• After you unsubscribe we keep the subscription for 30 days, so you can turn it back on with the link in your email. Then we delete it, address included.
• We log which kind of email we sent and when, without your address, to stay within our sending limit. The mail provider's message id is removed after 30 days and the entry itself after 90 days.
• Analytics is kept for 14 months at most.
• localStorage stays until you clear it or change your choice.

Processors and transfers

Supabase processes the database in the EU. Cloudflare and Resend may process data outside the EU. Where that happens we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection, and you can withdraw consent. Email info@uniagenda.nl. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
